ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING VIA ONLINE SUPPORT
Online Support (OS) is a valuable opportunity to share our work with interested people and to support them, regardless of location.
The online support is interesting for people who want individual support and inspiration for their training. Whether physical or mental ailments, certain physical goals or the desire for a better body feeling as well as more quality and freedom of movement, the OS offers the possibility of care and support over distance - for learners and practitioners all over the world.
The online support offer includes two options, which are listed below.
OFFER 1 - training planning
This offer is interesting for you if you are looking for a training plan WITHOUT ongoing support from us.
We design based on an anamnesis form that you fill outthreeIndividual training phases that build on each other (six weeks each) to which you have lifetime access. You are not entitled to feedback with this offer. You only have the three individual training phases with the respective practical and theoretical material.
We offer training planning for the following topics (you can choose two from):
- Specific rehabilitation training
- General health training
- Athletic coordination training
- Agility training
- Strength training (basic strength & skill strength)
- Endurance training
- Hand balancing
- Floorwork & Acrobatics
- Beginner Parkour
- Meditation & Breathing
Overview of the offer:
- Anamnesis sheet in advance
- 3 consecutive, individual training phases of six weeks each; We recommend this period, but you can also work longer with one phase
- Detailed PDF document with an introduction, additional theoretical material, exact training planning and structuring as well as our own exercise and task videos
- EUR 595.00 for all three phases (incl. VAT)
- Option for a feedback session via zoom, 60 minutes (EUR 50.00)

OFFER 2 - Ongoing Support
This offer is interesting for you if you are looking for ongoing, process-oriented support for your training.
We can help you build or expand your training practice. We approach you individually. We start from where you are. We take into account who you are, where you are in the training and above all what you want to do. We work with training phases between 4-8 weeks. In doing so, build aall training phases on top of each other.
So there is always a change, be it on a technical or conceptual level. This ensures a continuous upward spiral for your training and progress.
Each phase consists of a detailed PDF document with written descriptions and various video material. We also offer the opportunity to reflect on you and your training. We provide the template for this. You should lead these honestly and carefully and use them to your advantage.
Overview of the offer:
- Anamnesis sheet in advance
- 12 months of continuous training planning AND support (two-week feedback rhythm)
- Every two weeks we have a feedback video call (1h) in which you get feedback and we discuss questions
- Each phase consists of a large PDF document including practical & theoretical material
- Access to our Discord server to connect with fellow practitioners
- EUR 250.00 per month (incl. VAT)

Finally, it is important for us to say that we see online support as a valuable opportunity to share our work and participate from your side. The greatest weakness of online support is also its greatest strength: we will not be present at the training sessions and our feedback will come after you have done the work. This can be challenging for many people, but at the same time it is an opportunity to experience some independence and self-development.
Nevertheless, this point means that you take our feedback seriously and I really have to make an effort to stay on the ball . If you think this is something for you, then you will get a lot out of online support and benefit from it. If you think this sounds difficult because you value personal contact and motivation during your training sessions, think again. I came to the JST because of persistent knee pain, with which neither doctor nor physio could really help me. After describing my pain to Jonathan, he first explained the causes of my knee pain. Immediately afterwards, I began to work with the information and materials he had provided. I did the training very focused and consistent and after half a year I made great progress and had almost no pain in my knee. After eight months I was even able to go jogging again, which I hadn't even thought of before. What I also really like about the approach is the open and broad perspective that I am learning. That makes the training very varied and I learn a lot of new things or get a new perspective on things that I already know.
The online support gives me very good assistance, especially the videos for the individual exercises help me to understand them quickly and to carry them out correctly.
