Information and registration for group training

GROUP TRAINING

GENERAL

The group training is basically aimed at everyone who is open to change and new things. It is also important to be willing to take responsibility for yourself and, consequently, for our group.

Our group training aims to help people in their physical practice and to give them an orientation. A wide range of topics is covered. However, learning to learn as well as longevity and health are particularly important to us.

 

In the training we mainly do the things that are important to cover these topics. In the course of this, researching different movement qualities also plays a fundamental role. For this reason, a large number of known and lesser-known elements and concepts flow into our training.  

In training, we work with cycles between six and eight weeks. We deal with different topics, whereby one thing is usually in the foreground. Some topics stay longer, some change more quickly. We visit past topics again and again and look for new things and more depth. Both dealing with a topic over a longer period of time and quickly switching between different topics are important to us. In addition to joint projects, each student always works on individual topics at their own level.

Our group shows what makes a beautiful and honest community for me: openness and willingness as well as different backgrounds, age groups and various levels.

The group training stands for continuity and connection. Therefore we take, with exceptions,  no drop-ins. The training location depends on the current topic. Popular places for us are the Hammer Park Stadium in Hamm, the HafenCity area and everything in and around the city park.

NOTE ON OUR GROUP TRAINING

The specialty of our training is that the group trains alone WITHOUT Jonathan during the cycles. Between the cycles, i.e. every seven to nine weeks, Jonathan comes to Hamburg for a long weekend and practices intensively with the group over several days. Material from the previous cycle is treated as well as new material for the coming cycle is presented.

The nice thing is that the group takes on significantly more responsibility and deals more intensively with the respective learning and exercise material. The development of the group as well as the individuals speak for themselves.

During a cycle, the group and Jonathan are in contact and exchange is guaranteed.

CONTRIBUTION COSTS & CONTRACTUAL MATTERS

The fee for group training is 85 euros per month. This fee applies regardless of the frequency of participation in the training per month.

 

Payment is contractually regulated. The contract has no minimum term, but must be terminated with a notice period of two months to the end of the month. Payment is made monthly at the beginning of the month by standing order.

In order to get a first impression of the training and to get to know the group, there is the possibility of the 'introductory pass'. This enables one-time participation in an intensive weekend with Jonathan. The price is 85 euros. If you register directly, the price paid applies directly to the entire month.
