Training Fundamentals
Supercompensation
In this first big document you will get an overview about the term Training: What does it mean and what does it consist? How do we approach it and how can you build independency with our plans? It's the beginning of your theoretical practice for training planning. Enjoy!
Breathing
Breathing is the process which keeps us alive. It's also the process which brings us to optimal performance and health. The physiologically most important task of breathing is to supply our cells with sufficient oxygen. Anyway, most of us are underestimating the importance of breathing in our everyday lives. An interesting concept for our practice and training.
